Where has the time gone?

Yesterday, I woke up suddenly to a terrifying thought: my little Brookie is going to be four this month! As I laid awake in bed, I reflected back on all that has happened these past four years. There have been so many milestones surpassed, tears shed, boo-boos kissed, giggles, screams of joy, and many firsts and lasts. Life has been happening right in front of us and it is going by too quickly. In a desperate attempt to hold onto those moments as long as I can, I have decided to start recording all of our memorable moments in this blog. The good, the bad, and the ugly, I want to remember it all. Between the Navy, law school, a toddler and an infant, life can get hectic, but we are never too busy to remember all of our blessings.
